Need some help. I noticed yesterday the passenger side headlight assembly was setting crooked in the front opening. Upon closer examination, it looks like there are two pins about 1/8th in diameter about 3 inches apart on the fender side of the assembly that should be in two holes of a bracket glued to the fender but are not. What a messed up excuse for a headlight attachment. The side of the headlight assembly toward the center of the coach has two bolts thru a bracket glued to the front of the coach that should be in adjustable slots so that when loosened it would let the whole assembly slip toward the fender and let the pins go into the holes (which seems to be the only thing supporting the fender side of the headlight assembly) but I haven't had any luck getting it to move when these bolts are loosened. I hope just a little bit of all this makes some sense. In my 50 years working with vehicles I've never seen a headlight I couldn't remove or adjust - till now. The worst part of the whole deal, I just got back from Forest City last week-end and noticed this five days after getting home. Everything comes a day too late. Sorry this is so long but hope someone has played with this stuff and knows where the adjustments are and how to get to them.

Just a little info for anyone facing the same problem with their headlight - No help online and even less from Winny. Got a new phone number from another forum, 800-643-4892 option 3, only this just leads back to 800-537-1885 Service Administrators. They couldn't even locate a picture of the whole assembly to show where all the attachments were. So I went to the hardware store a got a couple 3/8" nylon bushing about 1" long, cut the outside down some and drilled the inside out more then with a lot of drops and skinned knuckles managed to work the bushings into the holes and over the pins. Kind of mickey mouse arrangement (not a whole lot more than Winny's) but now the outside edge of the assembly is more secure. Probably would have been easier to remove the whole assembly and start from scratch but the way the headlight alignment mechanism works I wasn't sure I could get every thing back in place, expecially since I couldn't get any pictures of the whole arrangement behind the bumper. Wasted a couple afternoons doing all this but what are RV's for anyway.
