I have a very annoying metal on metal noise in the area above the cab in my 2005 Aspect. I removed the TV, tightened the bolts holding down the cowling, checked to see if any rivits were broken and finally sprayed silicone on everything that could potentially move. Still the noise. It's louder when the MH is cold and almost disappears after the outside temp warms things up. The noise is always present when going over bumby roads or when breaking, especially when going down hill. I have tried standing with my head in the TV compartment while my wife drives around. Very difficult to pinpoint the source of the noise. However, I believe it may be coming from the area direcly below where the TV sits. Those familiar with this model will know that there is a metal frame that hold the cowling and is rivited to the top of the chasis cab. This same frame extends all the way out and is the support for the entire entertainment structure. The TV actually sits on a plywood board that is inserted into the metal frame. Taking a mirror and flashlight, I see there is a 2-3" space between the plywood and the top of the cab. On each side toward the front and directly under the two side storage compartments there is a metal structure that appears to be bolted to the cab from the bottom. One of these could be loose. However, there is no obvious way to access them unless I tear out the cab head liner. I'm not even sure how to go about removing the head liner without doing a lot of damage. Can anyone help?

This is not a good answer to your question, but one consideration would be to remove your tube TV which weighs 60-70 lbs and replace it with a flat screen TV which weighs about 15 lbs.

May not be the root cause of your problem, but it might work, and you get a HDTV out of the deal.
