MH leans to passenger side

Our Vista 27n sets about 2 inches lower on the passenger side while on level ground. Didnt notice it when we bought it. But it is very noticeable now loaded or empty. Not a year old yet any thoughts out there?

I'd start with what are the weights at each corner.
Make sure you are close to equal side to side per axle. If that's true then you can start digging further.
Good luck

Thanks guys, first off, I don't have air bags, its stock so far. Sounds like weighing the corners would an important peice of information. How does a person weigh a single wheel? Would a typical truck scale at somewhere like Petro work?

I have two motorhomes and both are about 1 1/2" lower on passenger side. I have noticed it is fairly common in most makes. I did put air bags on our 1999 Brave and it did correct it. Doesn't seem to affect handling at all. Have looked at adding spacers or extra leaves, very expensive for what would really amount to a cosmetic fix.

Our 2016 Vista LX weighed 1,440lb more on the right rear than on the left. Did not notice on the dealer lot because the lot was not level. Drove to Forest City to get this looked at along with 14 other issues and the added 4” of shims to level it. We we’re told it was due to the large kitchen slide.
After 13 months and 11,000 miles we sold it and bought a 2004 DP. We suffered through three check engine lights, four slide failures, three jack failures, three full body paint repairs due to bubbling and flaking off, and very poor handling which even with add-one still could not handle the wind
We bought the Vista to travel for 8 months between Seattle and Florida and after three months in the shop we gave up and took the loss. Never will buy new again.

wow Honwing you have had some problems. So did the shims work, seams to me the springs would have to be beefed up. Hope your new rig works out. by the way what kind of motorhome did you end up with?

Shims leveled it out but did not improve the handling. Bought it because we loved the floor plan. We purchased from the original owner a 2004 Itasca Horizon 40AD. Professionally maintained from day 1 and looks factory new inside and out. Always garaged for 13 years. Drove it from Seattle to Florida last September and enjoyed the journey. My 2014 Itasca Sunstar 35f was the same. Took it to a truck spring repair and they spent 4 hours raising, lowering, measuring, aligning and when it was done it was absolutely level. Best $250 I've spent so far. Does it help the way it drives? yes Does it look better as you walk away? yes. Where at you located? I'm just south of Roanoke Va.

Our 2003 Sightseer is the same. I always figured it was due to the propane tank being located under the passenger seat.

We are currently located in Carrabelle, Florida until March 20th. Will be at Cherry Hill Park for 3 weeks beginning March 25. Back in Seattle for 4 months beginning May 15.
Our first rv in many years was a 2013 Itasca Navion IQ 24G. Loved it but too small for use 8 months of the year. At least for the two of us. Traded for the Vista and liked it when it was parked. Did not enjoy driving it across country. Bought the Horizon while the Vista was in the shop as we had to have a place to live. Very happy now spending the winter at our beach house in Carrabelle
