MOBAC Battery Control Center question

My MH has been plugged into shore power for the last few weeks. Went out to check it today and the coach battery disconnect switches were not lit. I pressed the Coach Use button and heard the solenoid click but the light did not come on. There's no DC power to the coach and the coach batteries are totally dead. A/C working okay on shore power. I put a tester to the coach battery cables and there's nothing coming in. All of the circuit breakers are good so I am not sure where else to look. Thinking that the MOBAC may be bad but I have no experience with it. Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this further? I should add that the chassis battery seems to be fine and charging off of shore power.

Here is a link to my post about the MOBAC in a thread from another 2010 32K owner.

Also, you may want to check your converter. Make sure it is getting 120VAC input and putting out 13.2 VDC (or so) to the coach batteries.

Thanks. I did happen to see that post. The manufacturer literature is a little confusing when it comes to troubleshooting. I’m starting to think that maybe my converter has an issue. Even when plugged in to shore power my DC lights don’t work. I have to investigate further but we are expecting a foot of snow today so it’ll have to wait a few days.

I got the converter out and it wasn't fun. Not a lot of room to work. Bench tested it and there's nothing coming out of it, totally dead. It's a Schumacher SARVC55 and I would like to replace it with a multi stage converter. Any suggestions on brand is appreciated.

The Progressive Dynamics PD9260 is a popular unit. Link here. Link to other models here.

That was one of the models I was looking at. Seeing as I have a 55 AMP that I am replacing, I would have to go with the 60 AMP I guess.
