Hi ua40j. The product comes with two mounting screws for each end, they were put into the bottom of the storage compartment floor. We added an additional screw/fender washer/self locking nut thru the center of each added coupling up thru the storage compartment floor.

Hi Belgique. Thank you for the comments. It is a Camping World product, Comes in several lengths; "E-Z-Hose-Carrier".
