Hello everyone,

I was parked, started my motorhome and I heard sputtering from my engine bay. I drove a couple blocks and my motorhome just cut out and stop running. I have a mechanic working on the motorhome who is a family friend and he asked me to see if any one of you from the forums had access to the 2002 Volkswagen Winnebago Class C (eurovan) electric wiring diagram that the dealerships use. And also if anyone knew the location of the crank sensor. It's a 2.8l v6 engine in there with 70,000 miles on it, and I need as much info as I can. I have more information about this, but the mechanic is at a swap meet. So far they saw the J coil was melted, so we replaced it with an F coil, but that's as far as I know at the top of my head.

Also, do you know if there are any recalls that could have caused this problem? I'd call the dealership to ask but they're closed today. Thanks everyone for your help. More info to come.

Hi fadingarrow and Welcome to the Forum!

Your questions are quite technical and specific to the chassis (Volkswagen). I think part of the reason you haven't gotten any responses is you put the message in the Winnebago Forum but it really isn't a Winnie problem.

If it were me, I think I'd try a Volkswagen Forum. I bet you would find some knowledgeable gearheads there who might be able to help.

Best of luck and I hope you get it fixed quickly!
