Since your unit is an '03, your Freightliner chassis is most likely equipped with what's called the "VDC" or, Vehicle Data Computer. That computer, receives and processes, all the data from your engine ECM, the transmission TCM and, the ABS module. It also has two air fittings on it. Those fittings are connected to what's called "transducers" inside the computer.
And, the transducers are connected to the main circuit board, via soldered joints. It is a common problem for those solder joints, to be "cold soldered" as in the term, "cold solder joint". That means, those joints are not high quality joints and, can become defective. When that happens, your air pressures in the gauges, the alarms etc. can go nuts and, drive you, as the owner, nuts.
So, if you do a search for "VDC" you'll more than likely find, many threads on the subject and, how many folks have been successful or, not in repairing this unit. Incidentally, if you go searching for it, most of them on the '03 units and below, are located on the frame, on the passengers side, in or around the engine compartment. They are about 6"x6"x about 1" or so thick, black box. You'll see a large, multi-pin plug, maybe two, hooked to that box and, the two air lines.
Now, is this your problem, who knows? But, based on so many that have had the same issue, it sure leans towards being your problem. Good luck.
