We have a 2004 Winnebago WHW Jack's and slide dont work on light just flashes when I try to use the. No pump nose

Low chassis battery voltage is the first thing that comes to mind, was the engine running when you tried?

Check the fuses at the pump. There should be 2 - 20 amp and a 40 amp. All are in-line blade type fuses. The 40 is for the system and the 20 amp fuses are for the slides.
You could have a bad motor or power solenoid. There are 2 power relays (solenoids) that run the pump - one for the slides and one for the jacks. HWHcorp.com has manuals, wiring diagrams, and trouble shooting guides. There should be a sticker on the pump assembly to help with parts and manuals.

I recently had the same problem but I can't remember what the lights on the control panel did. I had a burned out motor and one bad power relay. I think the relay didn't make good contact and lo voltage burned the motor. If the motor is toast you'll know as soon as you get close to it - the smell is pungent.

As others have stated, Was the engine running? It's required, per the Owners manual to ensure you have enough good power to operate the system. The batteries are also suspect as being bad or not charged too.

Yes engine was running hooked up to shore power. I hate to sound so dumb but have no idea where the pump is I don't see a thing looks like a pump to me

Unless your MH had a Trik L Start, Amp L Start or similar device added, being hooked up to shore power means nothing. As far as I know in 2004 Winnebago hadn’t yet engineered into their design a way to charge the chassis batteries with shore power or generator power, the engine alternator was the only way.

That being said I would put a voltage meter on the chassis batteries with the engine running at a high idle and confirm your alternator is putting out 13.8 to 14.2, any less and it won’t be charging enough...time for a new alt. If it is, then locate the pump and check fuses, relays, loose connections...

Can’t help you with the pump location, all I can tell you is it’s a pretty big chunk and not easy to hide...although there might be a protective shield. Here is a picture of mine with the shield removed...yours would look similar.

look under the hood, on either side of the radiator, or just at the bottom of the radiator.
if its not there, look under the slide behind the drivers seat.
have some one operate the jacks, go outside and listen for the loud sound.
you have lost power either at the master relay area on the pump assembly, or at the engine battery. check the battery first. corrosion is a problem. use a 12 volt tester and check all the operation at the pump when you find it.
especially the fuses. the 40 amp fuse attached to the master relay is where the pump gets its power. start there. remove the fuse and check the holder for corrosion.

Yes checked the battery had the motor running. Called a repairman came and said the pump motor was bad after checking it with a jumper wire

So far I have called 4 repair people had one show up he checked wires going to the motor wile I pushed the button on one jack seloind clicked wile he said I had enough volts said it was the motor i called had the motor shipped overnight called him and he never came back no one wants to work on replacing it if it's bad wife is really mad !! Stuck not knowing if the motor is bad or not

The motor is fairly easy to change if you have the tools and some mechanical skills.
Turn the battery isolation switch off
Loosen the band clamp that holds the solenoids on the motor housing
Disconnect the main power wire on the end of the motor and gently bend it out of the way.
Loosen the 2 small bolts on the end of the motor and the motor will slide out of the band clamp and off the pump assembly.
Remove any nuts from the mounting bolts on the shaft end of the motor.
Line up the pump shaft and slot in the motor shaft and slide motor into place.
Put the long bolts back into the motor and tighten being careful that the shaft coupling is aligned. I don't think the bolts will reach if the shafts aren't coupled properly.
Tighten the band clamp and reconnect the power wire. If the motor has 2 terminals the power wire goes on the + or positive terminal and the motor grounds through the frame.

Fixed the wife is bouncing off the walls. A super nice person that or in short supply came up to me and asked if I needed any help he said he had someone tell him I couldn't get the slides open he took the motor and installed it SLIDES and Jack's or down thanks for all the help here and thanks to everyone! Ronnie
