Need new tv in 2006 adventurer 38j

I want to replace the outdated SONY KV27FS120 TV in my 2006 adventurer 38J. Has anyone replaced their original TV's with a digital model thaty fits without remodeling the cabinet. If you have, I would appreciate WHAT MODEL YOU USED. I would like the largest size that will fit with speakers located on the sides if possible. Thanks for your help..Charlie

Just be aware of what I came to find out for my 2005 Minnie Winnie. If you have the q-surround syatem, the TV that came with the RV from the factory was modified to work with the DHS Mobile Theatre System unit. My unit had the original TV replaced by an owner along the way and, while the surround system still works with the dash radio, it won't work with the flat screen TV. Seems the mod consisted of creating stereo output connections that the DHS amp requires.

I had good luck installing a Visio 32 led and it had fixed audio so it was compatiable was the stock surround system.the factory unit I had was a 24"RCA (heavy tv) good luck on your install

Do a search for "tv replacement" (or something similar as different words will result in a different response) on this forum. You will get quite a few hits. Some will have pictures and if you contact others you may get offers to send you their ideas and pictures.

I found some pictures I saved from someone else's install on a MH...I think it may be a 38j..not real sure. Anyway if you send me a PM with your email I could copy them to you.
