long story short, my parking brake was frozen so i cut it off last year. My 3-1/2 year old son found his way into the rv, pulled the gearshift into neutral and off he went into a tree. luckily, my son is ok just shaken up and scared. we got lucky.

i need a driver's windshield. any idea where to get a cheap one? local Winnie place quoted $525 shipped to my house.

I'd try a local windshield place. The last time I had a windshield done on one of my cars, the Guardian glass guy looked at my Winnie and pointed out that they made the glass for it. Seems like Winnebago might not be the only source for the windshield glass, but they may be for an older model.

Check Kijiji Vancouver BC. A while ago there was a unit that looks a lot like yours being parted out. It may be a source of bumper and cowling parts.

thanks guys for the help. i did some digging and the best price I can get for the glass shipped is $473 (driver's side only). Then the best price I can get it installed is $260 for a grand total of $733. This seems crazy high to me but I thought I would run it by you guys. i might have to junk this thing...
