We have been looking at a new 2009 Sightseer and it has 2 slides on the drivers side. We are very much interested in this model 31E does anyone have one and how do they like it?

Welcome to the forum and sorry to see that nobody has responded to your post. I don't have a 31E but wanted to respond to possibly help generate a response and to let you know that the Sightseer / Sunova (Itasca version) are great motorhomes. We've traveled a lot in ours and have lived in it all last summer and are in it right now for a couple months waiting for our closing date on a new home... everything has worked right out of the box and the VERY FEW minor issues we've had Winnebago took care of without any issues. Good luck in your pursuit.

We have a Sighteer 29r which has two slide outs on the drivers side. No problems with it and it drives good. It does not appear to be aproblem with the slids on one side. In many ways I like all the slides being on one side. When camped in tight spots, like NASCAR it helps with more room on the side with the door.

Thanks to the people that responded to my question about the Sightseer.
It is a brand new one and we took it overnight to a local rv park to make sure that it did not have any major issues before we head out for a 2 week trip.
It had a few small ones that we had taken care of the next day. So it was good to hear some positive feed back from everyone about this model. We liked that the slides are on the drivers side because that way when we are sitting out under the awning the slide is not in the way but I was concerned that it would be too much weight on one side. I guess that will not be an issue. Now the next thing we have to buy is something to put on the front window for some privacy during the day and also to keep the sun out. Any suggestions? I know that they sell different kinds of products to take care of this, we are just not sure which ones work best.
Thanks again for your help
