I just received the WIT magazine today and see that Jensen is building an RV radio that looks like a direct replacement for the Magnadyne that we have had intermittent problems with, and a screen that looks like it's actually readable.

Jeff,
Read my post (Here) regarding my RV Radio by Magnadyne cutting out. If I can prove it's the radio itself, I may very well consider this model from Jensen as a replacement.
Thanks for the post.

I found the Magnadyne to have poor quality. I replaced my '04 radio with my brother-in-law's '05 Magnadyne out of his Diplomat. His radio was worse than mine. So I'll be looking at alternatives also. Anyone have a good suggestion for a replacement?

See the link in my original post (up). That's the one we're all hopping up & down about.

May want to make sure they are feature for feature swappable. My Magnadyne has DVD player built in that plays on the TV. This Jensen does not have that feature. Dang it. I was hoping it would play dvd's.
I know a lot of the Magnadynes had only the CD/CD changer feature, so if that is what you are replacing, it should work.

I just replaced the factory radio with a Sony "car" type radio. It works great and sounds much better than the original.
