New to me 2015 Itasca 42QD

Just purchased my first Class A Diesel pusher. Traded in the Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler. Got a Hydrolift installed for the Harley. Traded in the truck for a Jeep. Next I have to install the Blue Ox tow package and Air Force One supplemental break system.

Me too!! But mine's the Winnebago 2016 42' bath-and-a-half. Just purchased having traded in a Monaco 2004 Diplomat w/ 105,000 miles. I'm really enjoying the large windshield.

The Monaco being a mid-bath design with propane HWH offered almost instantaneous hot water to shower, sink and kitchen faucets. Now with an Aqua-Hot system, I seem to waste about a gallon of water until the hot-water arrives at the rear bath and at the kitchen. So I'm now cooking-up a design for recirculating the hot water to get that "instant" hot-water service.

Congrats on the new to you DP. Now that it's that time of year to get them ready for RV'ing I guess you already have one up on most of us. Don't wait on the weather to break, get out there and enjoy it now so that you can find out all of it's quirks and have them taken care of by the time the weather really turns nice.

Congrats on the QD! You have a solid coach there. Love to see some pictures when you get time.

Safe travels, and if you have any questions, ask away, we're all glad to try and help.

Regards,
W.D.
