No audio from the radio

New 2015 Sightseer 30a. There is no audio from either playing a cd or from the radio itself. The dealer replaced the radio and it worked part of the way home. The Manuel states the coach batteries must be on for the audio relay to be powered. Thinking the relay maybe the problem. Anyone know where that would be located or any other thoughts. The radio is a pioneer and the mute is not on.
Thanks

That was my first thought too, but I'd hope the dealer would have zeroed in on that.

Is it hard for you to get to a dealer to handle it under warranty?

Thanks for the replies. Found the problem. One of the speaker wires was stripped to much where It aattached to the speaker. It was grounding out against the enclosed. Fixed for now.

Do you have a HOME THEATER device that shares speakers with the radio?

TRUE STORY: I drive (Once I fix it) A 2005 Damon Intruder,, House radio worked great but dash radio was iffy, sometimes no sound, all indications were that it was working but no sound.. Saved me much on haircuts (Pulling hair out trying to figure it out) finally I found a relay bank,, Many RCA type (Phono) connectors, all tight,, Kept thinking it it had to be either that or the power amp next to it. Failed to notice a couple of milk-white MOLEX multi-pin plugs just above the RCA plugs.

Pressed on one of the MOLEX plugs heard a sharp CLICK as the latches fell into place.. Worked 100% every since.
