No dash heat

Just picked up the new to us 2011 Tour. The dash fan works, but blows cold air.

Any idea what could be the cause?

We did end up running the coach furnaces once we could get stopped.

Can you feel the heater hose running to the dash? If cold check and see if it has a shut off valve back by the engine.
Other than that I would think it is something in the dash controls.

Heater lines coming from engine should have valves that May be shut off.

I have the issue, I will be checking out this weekend. I think my valves are closed. I have seen them, but hope they are not shut off for a reason, like leaking hose or heater core.

Skiddy, we looked for the valves after a call to Freightliner for help but could not find them. Hoping the location will be in one of the manuals.
