It is my understanding WIT has told the FL WinnieGators Winnebago will not be sending technicians from the factory to their state rally in March.
A sign of the times, I suppose, but understandable.

I'll bet the Iowa-based techs who would have gotten to spend some time in FL in March are as disappointed as anyone.

Hopefully, the information is incorrect. Its services like Winnebago has provided at the Florida State Rally that reinforce our devotion to Winnebago.

Between the reorganization of the WIT magazine and the elimination of service personnel at the rally makes it easier for owners who are on the edge to switxh to another brand on their next purchase.

Can't agree more, at this point in time I would think that customer satisfaction would be in the number 1, spot. John K.must be spinning to see what is happening. A new broom doesn't always sweep clean.

As a business owner I couldn't agree more with Winnebago. Times are very difficult with most all businesses right now. I have cut every exspense at my business including our pay trying to survive this crappy economy and I think they are being proactive and protecting their business. I for one will stay the course with Winnebago.

I just talked with WIT tours about their Feb 09 tour 'Mardi Gra'. They were on the brink of cancelling it because of lower signups..desired 30+ coaches...current signup 14 coaches..WIT Tours also concerned about imaging of cancelling first tours in 2009....yet they know they have to show profit on tours too. As of today, they will go with the number 14. Hope there is not a rash of cancellations. Need to still support tours too. Im staying with Winnebago...MILWITs are staying loyal too. Planning for GNR already..

Will you have a WIT regional rep. in attendance? I think I heard all the area reps are "laid off" until April.
