Hi all,

I have a 99 Brave that the dash lights went out. Replaced the headlight switch but did not fix the problem. All the running lamps dim for a second and then are bright for 5 seconds. This cycle keeps going. If I pull the headlight and instrument cluster connector from the back of the headlight switch the lights stop blinking.

Confused! Any help would be appreciated.

68firebird, 1st of all welcome to iRV2!

Look for a thumb wheel next to the light switch (maybe) perhaps there's a intermittent contact issue with that device. I know on Workhorse Braves the dash lights were either on or off with no dimming.

Please come back and visit again soon!

Do your tail lights work? If tails and dash are out, check the fuse. They're usually on the same circuit.
