No more Journeys?

I received a message from Lichtsinn RV that after their current stock of Journeys is sold they won't be able to order any more and will only be able to order Horizons? Anyone know more about this?

Just a FYI, talking to Winnebago reps at the Tampa show yesterday they said the Horizon is selling great and they are 7 months behind on orders.

interestingly, W's website shows a 'New 40j' Journey model.... though, the other two floorplans are designated as 'dealer stock only'... I can only surmise that it's possible that this model could be eventually replaced by a different 'name', though it might wind up being a similar coach in the line.

if you look at what REV/Fleetwood did last year - replaced the Excursion diesel with it's new name - 'Pace Arrow'!.... well, not a 'new' name, but it's certainly the same coach, but now with a big brother - the Pace Arrow LXE. I guess they wanted to get the diesel lines for their dealers down to only two names - Pace Arrow and Discovery, but both with LXE models(the DiscoveryLXE looks good!), creating really FOUR models.

No more Excursion or Expedition.

Winnebago looks like they are on a similar path...

Well,
Along similar lines, Winnebagos Itasca lineup eliminated the "Horizon" a couple of years ago. Then, Winnebago eliminated the "Itasca" line. Now, imagine this, Winne's making a new "Horizon". Hmmmm.
