My class A also no spare. Just bought a tire only no rim and will mount under coach. Will go to ford parts and see if the sell rack. junk yard could have pick up rack but might not work for a 235/80 22.5 tire. might have to design my own.

My Brave has a spare tire rack under the rear between the frame rails. It was a factory install and carries a full spare. I would never attempt to get it out or back by myself though.

If it would help, I could maybe take a couple of pictures and post.

If you mounted it under the unit, how would you keep it from filling with mud and debris.

I was thinking of covering the tire just for that reason. Without the rim I can handle the tire. If I get a flat/blowout I would let the repair people take it out to put on my rim. I didn't want to get stuck and not be able to get a tire on the road.

to keep debris out of tire, install an inner tube and inflate if a little.

I have a factory spare tire mounted between the frame rails. There is a hole in the rear bumper to insert a crank to raise and lower the spare. Parts should be available from Winnebago.
