88 winnebago superchief, little black box on left side of hitch on rv. 3 little breather or valve looking things, with a tube or hose going to it, not related to hitch at all. any help would be appreciated.

Without seeing it, it's really hard to make a judgment call here. I'm not too familiar with the "Winnabago Superchief", is it a gas or diesel coach? If diesel, is it possible that someone made some sort of colletion box for the blubber tube? Just guessing here. Is it possible for you to get a picture of it and show where any portion of tubing or wires that lead from it go to? It might help some folks on here help you identify it.
