Offer on 2000 35B Adventurer

Newbie here, my 1st Class A! Offer at dealer based on contingent inspection & test drive. Has the early V-10 with the plug issues I know, has 52K on it. Very well looked after, with all receipts.

Looked at a 99 33ft today but had delamination over the drivers door & stains on the ceiling & a rotten over head cabinet! They were asking 18K with a 460 Ford. I kept walking.
If the one I ended up with (maybe) checks out very well I paid above NADA at 23K. We will see, after looking today how the Winnebago's are built I quit looking at anything else!

Hope it works out ok, this will be our 2nd RV for kind of a fill in for the wet winter NW months when we feel we need more room than our summer rig a late model Lance 1181 on our 4X4, (which I wouldn't sell ever to get a class a!)
