Thank you to everyone for the suggestions! I will try to answer the questions in the order posted.

1.brokenrule I do have a digital multimeter and I could construct a harness to safely connect to a 120 vac receptacle.

2.SuperGewl We do have the 1K inverter. The DVD is plugged into the receptacle in the front driver's side overhead cabinet (RCP-COMPONENT LEFT ?) , the TV is plugged into the receptacle above the buffet (RCP_TV POWER CONTROLLER ?) and the clock radio is plugged into the receptacle for the rear TV (RCP-BDRM TV ?). The inverter is not turned on. I printed a copy of the wiring diagram years ago, but never fully understood all the options shown.

3.danhannah The electric water heater and microwave appear to be on the same circuit. We have learned not to use both of them at the same time.

I have attached a copy of the wiring diagram for our MH.

Since we never use the inverter and there seems to some questions as to it being a possible cause of the dropouts, maybe my next option after checking the ATS connections would be to bypass the inverter ( option 40A ?)

So far all makes sense that 's its the Inverter, all of those RCPS are the ones that the Inverter controls.
What the heck, turn the Inverter on w/o being hooked up on shore power and see if these things will operate. Just make sure your House batteries are charged first.

Sorry for the delay, I have been trying to catch up on my outdoor projects. I have done the following:
1. Shore power cord: replaced the male end (original had gotten warm and deformed slightly. The OEM cord was hard wired into the ATS, I previously added a twist lock connector. One of the ground screws was slightly loose.
2. ATS: The ground and neutral lugs were all tight. One of the load lugs was slightly loose. The plastic guards around the load lugs had a yellow dust present, the remains of a witness inspection marker? There were no signs of melted insulation on any of the wires.
3. Control Center: All the 12 volt load lugs were slightly loose. The neutral and ground 120 volt lugs were all tight. All the 120 volt load lugs were slightly loose. No visible signs of over heated wires were seen.
4. Inverter: I was able to power the clock radio, DVR and TV off the inverter, shore power was disconnected. The inverter panel showed 12.7 amps.

My next steps will be to make a safe pigtail and use my DVM to try an monitor the voltage if the momentary drops continue. I also would like to try and follow the path of the 120 volt circuit from the control center thru RCP-Blank Wardrobe 1 the two 110V connections for the inverter and RCP-Blank Bathwall 2 to verify that all the connections are tight ( these connections are all downstream of the receptacles that experienced the momentary power loss ).

Any other suggestions / ideas will be appreciated.
