I allso been on the factory tour and they took us over to the area where they have the walls for a final check before it goes on coaches. they where not to be painted just stripping. They where sand a wall that had a bad spot and then they rubbed it out.It looked great. The gentleman that was giving the tour said that they have a heavy coat of Gel Coat on them so if they have a bad area they can repair it.So you have Gel Coat.
RVSKIPPER, Your coach has gelcoat on the white parts. The painted parts are clearcoated and the "swooshes" are decals over the gelcoated surface. Winnebago repaired/replaced two of my basement doors and did a tremendous job of matching the colors and the finish. Indianajourney
