Anyone:

I have a 2007 Adventurer 35A and am in the process of attemptimg to remove the panel that covers the wheel well on the driver's side. On the other three wheels, this panel is secured by a few self tapping screws and lifts up on hinges.

Can't figure out how to remove the bolts that secure the driver assist steps.

Any suggestions? Your help is appreciated.

There are screws under the strips of non-skid tape in the step openings.

Thanks!! It worked great. I see you have a 2007 Winnebago as is mine. Have you had any problems with excessive rust on almost all of the metal components (especially around all the compartments)? I live in the Pacific Northwest though not near the ocean.

Yes, have a never ending battle with corrosion on this unit! I think I have the upper hand but I keep a close eye on it. I use Rust Restorer, get in the auto section @ WalMart, to treat rusty areas after giving it a good going over with a wire brush and/or sandpaper. Then a coat of Rustoleum paint to protect it. Not easy but works great and seems to be lasting longer than the factory finish.
