We are going to the Winnebago Factory next week for some repairs and the installation of a washer/dryer. They anticipate 3 days. What do people do with their pets while having repairs done? We will be staying in their park at night so that's not a problem -- just during the day. Thanks.

you can keep them with you in the service waiting area, on a leash of course. Several were there when we were...not a problem.

As stated. Preferably on a short leash. Most other people that have animals in the service area will keep them reined in.

You can also check for some local kennels with a doggie day care area.

Don't sweat it. We had three Shi-Tzu with us for 4 days and it was a piece of cake. We were worried but, between hanging out outdoors and inside a little, we were fine. We did enjoy taking the dogs in the car on some road trips as that broke up the monotany. Pilot Knob highly recommended. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the trail.
You may also want to hang out over at the Rally Grounds. Lots of good areas to let the dogs run and spread a picnic blanket. We spent many comfortable hours over there.
Bottom line, the Customer Service location is very pet friendly. Just be considerate of your fellow customers.

Their customer service area often looks like the waiting area in a vets office! Last time I was there someone had a very large parrot in there with them.

We have traveled 40 years with our dear dogs. All small ones Pek. Chow. Now a She tue; We have never had one problem with the dogs;;;; IT"S the stupid dog owners that Feel some one should clean up after there dog;;Pets are welcome most any where; Stupid owners are not;; We have been to the Winnebago factory many times , no problem . Except when I step in some dog crap that someone did not pick up , and I complain to the customer service about it ; They just say There are some Inconsiderate Eresposable pet owners;. Life is good . If you pick up after your pet and i pick up after mine..

When we were there last year, we sat in the customer service area for a short while but it was so crowded with people and other dogs, our dogs got restless. We put them in the car and rode around town, did some laundry at a local laundromat, and took them to Pammel Park. We sat in the car by the creek, read books while they slept.
Overall, no problem with the dogs while in Forest City.
