Looks like we will be picking up our 2011 Sightseer 33V some time this week. So...we are no longer "between rvs." I think we have all our ducks in a row for being careful and thorough with the pre-delivery inspection. We've had various kinds of camping/RVing vehicles for a number of years, so we are not totally intimidated by this new rig. The biggest confusion for me is what to do about the tvs: what receiver to buy, how to "drive" both bedroom and living room TVs from the satellite, etc. We did make the mistake of purchasing a manual sat dish, but will change it out right away for slimline travlr, which seems to be what most folks on this site recommend.

Next issue will be learning to back well. Our longest rig before this one was 27'! As well, we are new to Winnebago.

All suggestions about these new challenges are welcome!

SF Bob, It's gong to take you about a year to get everything sorted out the way you want it. Take your time and get a good grasp of any situation you are dealing with so you don't have to repeat the effort. We''ll try to help you as much as we can.
