Power gear slide out error code

I have a 2010 Itasca Suncruiser with the full wall slide. I have had an intermittent problem with an error code 7 with the full wall slide controller. When it happens it will not work. I need to switch off the chassis batteries and on to clear the code. It then works. It has been back to the dealer a number of times but they can't get it to do it (of course). The last time it did it, I opened the big slide first with no issue but when I opened the bed side slide next, it went 1/2 way out and stopped and triggered the code. I had to do the re-boot routine.

I'm beginning to think it's haunted!

I do run the engine. Also, one of the slide motors has been replaced as well.

I'm not sure if the controller is the same as mine but there is a small reset switch on the back (you have to unscrew from the wall). We have 1 slide that will error when going out right as the slide reaches about open. We hit the reset a couple times, bring it in a few seconds, then out fully.
I know I should have it looked at but it's out of warranty and I can get it to work so I just do that. I may install a remote reset switch so I don't have to unscrew it all the time. (actually we leave it detached)
