Power to ingnition switch but no lights come on

I have a 2004 Winnebago Vectra 36GD. Switching on the key nothing happens, no lights and no start. I have power to both sides of the switch because the jacks will work but when switched to the start nothing. I have checked the fuses and the breakers at the panel in the compartment under the driver and all are working. I am looking for the ignition solenoid and have found two in back compartment drivers side. I don't know if there is another or where to look if there is one. Any suggestions or has anyone had a problem like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On my motorhome there is an ignition solenoid on the passenger side frame rail close to the engine. Our ground wire came out of the terminal end on the solenoid.
