I have read every post on problems concerning Powerline systems. I have yet to see one exactly like mine. My entire display stays lit up all the time. All amps including "Gen", all appliances on the right hand side and the amps reads 88 with the little green dot illuminated at the lower right of the 2nd 8. I have a 30amp system and everything seems to be working with the exception of occasionally tripping the breaker at the pedestal when A/C,coffee maker, H/W heater and hairdryer are on all on at the same time. I attributed that to a weak 30amp breaker. I was leaning towards a new converter but rather check less expensive options first. Sooooo, PLEASE, any help will greatly appreciated.

Other wiser heads will probably jump in, but the first thing I'd do is check the hookup of the remote display sensor cable on the back. I had a case where mine came loose and caused a flaky display and then dark.
You can gently unsnap the bezel around the display, and then 4 screws as I recall to remove from wall. There will be a 4-pin connector/cable on the back that you might try reseating.
Think I've also heard that dropping power completely, including 12v, will sometimes cause the board to reset and magically 'heal.'
Sorry, that's all I've got.

I had a similar problem with our Adventurer since it was new. After many visits to dealers and lots of advice, turns out the converter was allowing 120 volts through to the 12 volt system. (Call AC ripple) Replaced the Powerline board and the coverter and everything works as it should. Took 5 years for that discovery however. Replaced the Powerline board several times (warranty), thermostat, etc. The ripple was discovered by a tech at the factory in Iowa.

No weak 30A breaker. You're using too much wattage. A/C = 1440 watts per compressor. You have 2 compressors, which = 2880 watts. Coffee pot uses about 1000+ watts. Hair dryer is 1000 watts. Hot water heating element is 1500 watts.
A 30A 120V service supplies 3,600 watts. Your breaker is popping because you are using too much wattage. It's doing it's job.
Regarding your power management problem, it's probably a bad control board. When they fail, they do really weird things. Like lighting up like a Christmas tree.

I had that problem on the bottom panel where it shows battery status, charge, and invert options, it was blinking like a Christmas tree!! I took the screws out to pull the panel out and there was a phone line type hookup plugged into the back of it. I unhooked the wire, reattached it and it must have reset it because no more problems.
