Pricing can be found at http://www.nadaguides.com.

In the current market, the units are selling for below Low Retail and adding in no options.

Right off the bat, I'd deduct the cost for one set of tires...and they are not cheap..about $1500 for a good set.

The larger Minnie Winnies tend to be heavy and not leave you much Cargo Carrying Capacity. We had a 31' with no slides and road ready, 1/4 tank of water and us on board we were right at 13,950#...max GVWR was 14, 050#. The hydraulic levelers and slides add more weight.

If you are seriously interested, I would have the unit weighed and see where you are weight wise.

Another issue is the tendency for the chassis to "Bump or Roll Steer". This is caused by the undersized suspension and the very large box on the chassis. It can be fixed with air springs on all 4 corners, Bilstein shocks and heavy duty anti-roll bars with urethane bushings on the front and rear.

The roll steer is apparent when on a straight freeway section and you have to constantly make left-right steering corrects and the body rolls from side to side.

Ours was a 1999 and never had any problems with it. One area to check very closely is the front cap for leaks.

Good luck,
Ken

$26,860 at Nada. If they were trading it in (big if) it'd be worth about 90% of that, around $24,000. $38,000 is a bit of a stretch.

But if all depends on what you want, and what the coach is. There's a lot of junk out there. Most motorhomes are stored outdoors. That really takes a toll.
