Sorry your having problems.
Are you just getting the unit out of storage , or did this problem develop after it was driven ?

Humidity, can have been the cause.
Do you have any brake action (1/2 pedal ) or does the pedal go right to the floor ?

If the pedal goes to the floor or is stuck there, and you are positive you have no fluid leaks, you need to remove the brake master cly.
Do not remove the fluid lines from the master cyl. , you want to remove the mounting bolts and move the master cly. slightly so you can look at the piston , if the piston is not flush to the mount flange of the cly. , then you need a new master cly. If the piston is flush with the flange, you may have problems with the booster.
If you don't have the tools or are uncomfortable doing this type of work, time to call a mobile mechanic, or have the unit towed.

Appreciate the information, unfortunately, not able to have the RV looked at right now. We have other situations going on. I will keep you informed of results on the RV later.
Thanks.
