Progressive surge protection remote Panel

I am trying to run the wire for my remote surge panel. Can't figure how to pull the wire from the electrical compartment to the main control panel in a journey 36g. I can get the wire to the washer&dryer location or under the bath room sink. I can't find a path under bath room door area to the one place control panel. Thank you for any help

I ended up mounting my remote in the bath room.

Some folks have used the telephone jacks to extend the remote.

I gave up an installed it in the wall in the bathroom above the Washer Dryer. I still think there must be a way to pull a wire to the control center

I think they tell you not to use the phone jack as the "tip & ring" are reversed on one end of the phone cord and the Progressive cord is 1 for 1.

The way it was explained to me is that the cord that is used on the Progressive Dynamics System IS NOT a Telco cord but a data cable that uses RJ11 modular connectors. The wires are not crossed over.

I have a nice AMP crimping tool for RJ11/12 so I can make up those types of cables pretty easily.

I put my remote display near the washer hose connections location, i.e. on the wall next to the electrical outlet that is located next to the water connections. This location then allows the monitor to be covered up by the cabinet door. I do not have a combo washer/dryer in that space, instead I have an additional 4 cubic foot refrigerator that I use to keep liquid refreshments very cold (33 degrees or so) since my 4 door Norcold is incapable of doing so in the summer heat.

I could not find a way to run the cable over to the one place location, but you should be able to do so as they get the wiring over to that point for the 2000 watt inverter control panel. I did not try to use a metal snake to find a way over to that point. Also, the cable supplied by Progressive may not be long enought to reach that far as well. I also found that by removing all of the drawers from the bedroom side of the washer comparment, I then had a lot of room to work with in getting the cable positioned in the upper washer cabinet location.

The Progress display is really bright. It was suggested by my installer Dale from the Mobiler RV Medic that the display should not be installed in a location where it would be easily seen. Reportedly, at night, it reminds one of 42nd Street and Broadway! Just a heads up!
