Any info on this forum regarding Q-site would be the iRV2 group and they usually (always?) meet up south of I-10 and east of Hwy 89 in the BLM Long Term area. If you search Quartzsite on this forum you'll find details on last years group discussion.

Some of us Country Coach owners are trying to find where to park also.

This is in the Monaco group, but I believe any iRV2 member is welcome to join.

Is that link only for Monaco owners since that's where the link goes?

Winnebago owners usually gather on Plamosa Road west of the Escapees

I must be missing something but I can not figure out why so many people go to Quartzite .... It's the arm pit of the south west.

Bill,
Am I missing something? Did you mean east of *95*? Not east of 89. I don't think 89 is anywhere near that area.

Well,
There are smaller, less incorporated areas in the southwest, than Quartzite for sure. And, while I'm not the biggest fan of Quartzite, it is a quaint little town/area.
It is in many cases, just like lots of other areas in the southwest, an attraction for BLIZZARD CHICKENS or, otherwise known as Snow birds in this time of the season. While not much is happening there at this time, there's still enough structural support to sustain long term RVing there. Not my pick, other than temporary camping so we can Jeep around in the area.
But, wait 'till the big RV event happens in late January. It, that town, INSTANTLY transforms into a booming metropolis, at least for a short while.
