We have a 2000 Itasca 35U. The entry door has got so when locked with the key if you give I light tug to open the locked door it appears to be locked. But if one gives a sharp pull on the latch release it opens. I have tried repositioning the jam mounted latch pin and it didn't help. I'm thinking maybe something in the door latch is worn and needs to be replaced. Just wondering if others had ever had the problem and what they found the fix was.

To answer my own question after getting into the door latch. There is a black plug in the door edge about level with the latch assembly. Remove the plug and you will see inside a 7/16" adjustment nut. With a 7/16" socket I turned the nut clockwise 1/2 turn and now the lock works as new. A simple fix once you know how to do it .
