I have a 2007 Itasca Suncruiser 33V. The coach entry door has a transparent plastic handle with what looks like filiments inside. Does anyone know if this is supposed to lite up at night and if so where's the switch? Thanks.
Tom

Mine lights up along with the "porch" light when I turn on the porch light, or when I open the door with the power lock button. Quick way for you to find out what yours is supposed to do would be to call Owner Relations at (800) 537-1885 or email them at or@winnebagoind.com. You'll probably need to give them your coach s/n.

We are in Glenn Heights TX on the south side of Dallas for a month of visiting college friends (many years ago). It is close to the city, but almost country.

The Suncruiser handle does not light up. You can place an LED in the handle and wire it to the porch light.

Thanks all. I guess it does in the DP's and not in the gassers.
One of the things that attracted me to Itasca was the attention to detail like a floor nightlite and a valence light in the kitchen. It seems a shame they didn't make the handle light up which seems logical. Oh well....
