Rear leveling jacks
I'm new to RV's, have had campers before though. I bought an Itasca Sunrise 35c, lowered the leveling jacks and now the rear 2 won't retract. I looked through YouTube and tried everything I could find on there without success. Anyone have another idea for me to try?

HMH but I'm not sure of the model. I have all the paperwork, except for the leveling system. I think it's 200 series.

Try calling HWH (I don't have the number), they have been very helpful to me. Or, call WBGO Tech (800.537-1885) for help and the HWH #. It's quite likely the solenoid valves have failed. There is a valve at the solenoid that relieves the pressure on the jacks allowing them to retract.

The HWH FAQ page has addressed almost any possible problem and supplied solutions.
Locate your HWH motor and tank assy, the solenoids for the rear jacks should be identified, use the "T" handle to open those solenoids-this opens the valve manually so the jack springs may push hyd oil back into the reservoir tank. When jacks are fully-retracted close those "T" handles. There should be 2 large fuse holders near the motor, check both for good/bad.
One irv2.com member, AZPETE works for HWH and freely offers his advice to other members. Hopefully he will see your thread and respond when he finds time, he is quite busy outside during summer months.

what year is your coach? are the jacks new, or recently installed?
a 200 is a joystick model. you probably have a 225 series.
the two levers on the control have to be straight up to retract the jacks.
if you need a service manuals, email me at pfmaddox@att.net, and i will email you one.
if its not a joystick model, send a photo of the touch pad.
