Rear wall separation at floor

I have a separation of the floor/rear wall on my '07 38T Adventurer. I saw a previous post but it was too old to respond to so here is a new post. Anyone have the same thing and how did you fix it. I haven't gotten underneath yet as I just got back to where it is warm enough to do so. Thanks.

Yes I have the same on my 04 Adventurer. I found that the screws broke in-place. I'm going to purchase some SS screws and make new pilot holes and see what happens.
