I would first try to find exactly where it is leaking. On the outside, most RV windows that slide, have water drains that can clog with debris. This causes the water to back up into the MH. With crank-out windows, then it's probably a bad seal on the outside half.
All RV windows come in half (inside - outside). Removing those inside screws will allow you to remove the window, which will fall to the outside if not caulked/sealed good. Generally, there is always enough there where it just won't fall out. However, it's always a good idea to have one person outside while removing the screws/window. Once completely removed, clean up old sealant, apply new sealant and reassemble.
