Recall info ?

I haven't been on for a while so when I read in my new FMCA magazine about the NHSTA Winnebago LP tank recall # 09V113000 I thought I'd get the real "scoop" here.

Wow, I can't seem to find more than a couple old mentions on the subject, and no link in the "search" system either (using the NHSTA recall numbers). It covers so many different models I am surprised there is not more info available.

I thought a picture of the broken weld would help me double-check mine before traveling 100 miles to the nearest dealer-but nothing here. I would think that by having the potential of roasting like a marshmallow if the tank drops on the highway, it would gather more interest...

Maybe I just missed it.

Gene

Type in the words "Tank recall" in the search box (no brackets) and you'll see a few threads about the recall. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
