Replacement of the charger/converter by the good folks at Forest City resolved my problem (posted about a week ago) Thanks for all the input by those who replied.

I arrived at Forest City about 11am on Thursday, was put on the non-appointment list for a 07:30 show this morning and was on the road by 1pm. Several other small nit/noy problems were also addressed while it was in the shop. Spent the night in the ralley grounds with eight other non-appointment folks. I have nothing but praise for the folks in the Customer Service Center and the prompt support I was given.

Great to hear!!!

Now, remove the Magnatek/Parallax converter and install a Progressive Intelli-charge 7260 with a built in 3 stage Charge Wizard (less than $150) and use the Parallax converter as a boat anchor.
