Reinstall side moulding

I recently had to replace the steel face panel on the under LR slide compartments on my 05 Itasca Suncruiser 35U. This meant I had to remove the side moulding that runs along the top of the doors and the doors themselves. This was not ajoob for the faint of heart.

My big problem is this - how do I reinstall the moulding? The top of the moulding fits into a slide long clip type device but there is nothing to hold the bottom in place

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks

Preston

On my 2001 then just snap into place with good tap from a rubber mallet if you did not spread the mouldings or crush the retaining channel while removing them.

I owned a 06 Suncruiser 35a and removed all molding to repaint. You have small screws at the bottom i believe every 2' that after to hooks at the top the bottom screws lock it into place.
Your Winnebago trim part number is
146550-01-02a 182" long. My part number was the same as yours. The screws are small.

Thank you Jesse.

That did it. Well done. My mate and I had removed the moulding about 3 weeks ago and we both forgot about the screws - it is terrible to be getting old.

We really appreciate all of the suggestions we received
