While we were on a factory tour the guide said everything goes in through the door.
I know the chair does because I replaced it with a recliner.

By couch I assume you mean the 'rest easy' couch/bed. Yes, it will fit through the front door. We recently had ours removed in order to have a computer desk and cabinets installed in that location. Davis Cabinets of Junction City, OR did the work and it turned out beautifully. The couch was taken off the floor, the bottom and end pieces removed, then all parts were taken out the front door. The biggest problem we had was removing the seat belt bolts..they were in very tight.

Yep.
Everything will fit through the front door.
We removed our J lounge, and can tell you the toughest part was as Robbstein said, the seatbelt bolts.
We replaced ours with a traditional wooden desk, and used L brackets to screw it down.

You said you removed your J Lounge -- you don't still have it do you. I have a recliner that I would love to replace with a leather J lounge. I have a 2002 Ultimate Advantage 36C. I would like to replace as the two grandsons come with us at times and also, I think the J Lounge would fit in our MH better than the recliner.

Sorry, I didn't see your post till now... No, I gave it away when we took it out. It was in pretty rough shape anyhow. Sees the last owners must have had a dig that scratched the heck out of it...

No. I had to take ours apart before I coudd take it out of our Adventurer 35A.

We removed our couch but had to take the back of, easy to do as it was held on by four bolts. We replaced our couch with a computer desk.
