Okay I screwed up. I tried installing one of those thru the glass stick on antennas. I wanted it as high up on the window as I could get it. Problem was that the upper part of the window is tinted and although I thought I had the outside and inside pieces lined up, they are about 1/2 an inch or more off. I tired hooking up a SWR meter to tune the antenna but can't get even a bad reading. Bottom line is I need to take the thing off. Any suggestions? I don't want to crack or scratch the window trying to pry it off. (For future reference, if you are going to this with tinted windows, mount the outside first, it is much easier to line it up from the inside than outside.)

If I remember correctly, try to drip acetone on the glass and run down into the glued contact strip.Nail polish remover also will work.
