Try the yellow quick reply key and see if that works. I have the same problem on two of my computers and only with this message board. I can only use quick reply and I cannot initiate new threads.

I don't think you will get a reply box if you aren't signed in. Maybe a cookie problem with your browser? Try Firefox if you have trouble with IE or vice-versa.

I had the same problem the other day while trying to reply to a message. If you have not turned your computer off or have restarted since this problem started, try it.it worked for me.

Thanks for all of your suggestions. I think that I have found the problem. It's the pop up blocking in I.E. or in my antivirus program. Messing around with the settings seems to allow replies.

Funny, though, I can get the reply key to work on each of the IRV2 forums except this one!!!!
