I have a 39N Itasca 2009. On my message information center I can reset all items legs mileage etc. but it will never allow me to reset the date and time. I had them reset it at the factory when there a month ago but now after having the unit off it goes back the 2000 date and will not reset when I follow the books instructions. Thanks for any help anyone can give me. RJM

I think a call back to the factory will get you squared away quickly if nobody seems to have the answer here.

Best of luck...

Not sure what "will not let me reset" means. I just tried mine (Freightliner chassis).
In Neutral, parking brake set, ignition on then bump "joy stick" left, then hold right for 3-6 seconds. It should then enter SETUP. Bump right to high light DATE & TIME, bump right again to enter mode to set date and time.

Hope this helps.
