I am not sure if this should be on this forum or workhorse forum so here goes; I had the "brush" if that's what they are called on the back of my last M.H. and thought it worked great so want one for my new upcoming winnibago adventurer. Questios: what is a good place to buy,Are the y a do it yourself job,is there one type better than the other,are they custom to each motorhome? advice please.By the way what are they officially called?

I got mine at Camping World. I did it myself. MY Sightseer doesn't have a solid bumper all the way across - I think the Adventurer has the same arrangement.
I bought a couple of pieces of 3/4 inch aluminum angle - maybe 4 feet long - bolted them together to get the right length and then bolted it to holes drilled in the plastic & metal bumper parts. Then bolted the brush to that.
There is probably a better way, but with the tools I have on hand, that's what I came up with.
