We Just purchased a 1996 Itasca Sunrise 25RC. We are getting it figured out before our first trip. However, there is a rocker switch on the dash left of the stearing wheel down lower that lights up blue with $$$ signs on it. Can someone tell me what this switch does?
Thanks
Mel & Tammy

It might be the driving lights, probably added by a previous owner.

Actually reading the logo might mean that it is some sort of gas saver device that he installed. It could be a timing retard system or computer program that sets the computer to an economy mode. Most after market switches are pretty boring and for one to have $$$ on it means that it has a purpose to have the $ sign on it and probably is saving you money.

that is what we were thinking, is that it must be an economy mode or something. I have searched and searched, and can not find anything on it. However, when I look at other pictures of Winnebago RV's I see that same switch.

That's funny... Everytime you pressed the switch, $50.00 bucks went into my bank account,,,

Could it be for heated mirrors?

I suspect that the symbol is really meant to be little coils rather than dollar signs.

Also have heated mirrors and on mine it's two or three wavy vertical lines that indicate 'heat' but they are very small and could easily look like "S" or "$".
