Probably a poor seal where the A/C unit is mounted to the roof... since it's under warranty, I'd be heading to the dealer, but not really a hard fix if you want to go up on the roof and do it yourself.

The front AC on my 2006 Voyage had the same problem. The factory had not tightened the 4 mounting screws (they were sticking out over an inch!) and the AC had bounced around enough that the seal got out of position. Found the problem after getting caught in a bad blowing rain storm in TX. Had to have half of the headliner replaced @ Forest City.

Romad is probably right on the money. Check them first. A very easy fix; simply tighten down the four mount bolts.

Same thing on my six month old -08 Sightseer 35J, front and rear AC leak. Left a large stain in front, dealer was able to get the stain out but now the stain area is whiter than the rest of the ceiling.
AC's were not tightend at all.
