Can the valve stem that points in on rear dual tires be rotated out to make for easier filling?

Mine came that way... loosening the lock nut just a TINY bit should allow your to turn it ...one of mine was loose lately and turned when I tried to add air so I just tightened it down. Sometimes they are just long enough that they will not clear the wheel hole side. In that case, I would recommend you deflate the tire so you won't cause the pressure to blow the valve out of the wheel while you are manipulating it.
