RV Service

About 5 years ago my wife and I purchased a new Winnebago Vectra. We bought the machine online in Fl. After picking it up and driving back to Mass. There were several problems to be fixed. We went to the nearest Winnebago dealer and the best they could offer was an appointment 6 months in the future. Why??? Because we did not purchase it from them. Actually we had tried but they did not have one in stock. I called Winnebago but they said there was nothing they can do. Message: be careful after you buy and getting service back near home. We ended up driving 1200 miles the Winnebago’s factory to finally get the RV fixed.

For the future you might want to find a mobile RV tech. I have been using one near. I have been using one for years. He has my confidence and he does excellent work.

Happy Trails!

The other option is to do your own repairs. You will probably be happier with the end results as well. Short of major engine work I do all my own maintenance and repairs. It’s my hobby now.
